Thought you couldn’t play football anymore? Well, think again! Get your squad together for Mills Pond Park 7-on-7 adult flag football. 

We offer two nights of play: Men’s Division 2 (Joes) on Monday nights and Men’s Division 1 (Pros) on Tuesday nights. The season includes eight regular season games and a playoff for the top four teams in each division. Season and Playoff Champions will receive a team plaque and individual awards. Playoff runners-up will also receive a plaque.

The Season 

The adult flag football season consists of an 8-game regular season and a playoff for the top four teams in each division. The cost of the league is $400 per team.

Registration for the 2024 Spring season is currently closed. If you have a full team and would like to participate in the next season, please email the League Director, Cristal Randolph, to add your name to the Notification List. Once registration opens, teams have the option to register either online or in-person. If you are a new registrant, you will need to call the League Office to set up an online account.

If you wish to participate, but do not have a full team, you are considered a Free Agent.  Free Agents looking to join a team should email League Director Cristal Randolph to join the list of available free agents. We will host a Free Agent tryout prior to the start of each season.
