The City of Fort Lauderdale will transform into a world of folklore as princesses, superheroes, pirates, ghosts, goblins, and more fill the streets celebrating Halloween at one of many events suitable for the entire family! Enjoy games, costume contests, prizes, treats, arts and crafts, music and more!

LauderBOO

A free spooktacular event for the whole family with trick-or-treat stations with carnival games throughout the park. Enjoy arts and crafts, bounce houses, candy and treats, contests and prizes, music, and the Native Village animal exhibition.

Are you a creative genius who has turned your ordinary pumpkin into a work of art? Make sure to enter our LauderBOO Pumpkin Decorating Contest! Bring a decorated pumpkin from home to our LauderBOO event. Contests will begin around 3:30 p.m.

Get ready to strut your spooky stuff in our LauderBOO Costume Contest! It's time to let your creativity shine. Categories include Most Original, Best Scary Costume, Best Family Costumer, Best Toddler Costume, and Best Pet/Owner Duo Costume. Contests will begin around 3:30 p.m.

Nightmare in the Park

Enjoy a terrifying drive through a haunted park brimming with suspenseful scares.
WARNING: This event includes flashing lights, special effects, and depicts scenes of violence which may be unsuitable for children. Parental discretion is advised for children under 13 years of age. Enter at your own risk!
